At its centre, Medusa’s face emerges from a crown of intricately sculpted serpents, each detail echoing her allure. Medusa's gaze is brought to life with 3.25mm crystal-set eyes, while the kinetic eyelids - engineered with our most advanced mechanism to date, open and close with the motion of the wearer, revealing a haunting elegance.

Every Internal Affairs piece is made to order in our atelier. Your piece is crafted, finished, and dispatched within 3–4 weeks of ordering. You'll receive tracking the moment it ships, with complimentary worldwide express delivery.

Materials & Stones
Materials & Stones
S925 denotes sterling silver. Pieces are available in 18k gold plating, rhodium plating, or solid 18k gold (a significant upgrade in weight and longevity).
Where stones are offered: LAB stones are laboratory-grown — identical in chemical and optical properties to mined stones. Natural VS1 denotes ethically-sourced natural diamonds at VS1 clarity.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on standard pieces, in original condition with all packaging. Custom and made-to-size pieces are non-refundable but covered by a generous exchange policy. Email contact@studiointernalaffairs.com to begin a return.
